Mark is a proven business leader who has over 37 years’ experience in the insurance sector, Mark is known for his successful track record at building and managing insurance vehicles. His results orientated approach, focuses on developing people and delivering successful solutions across organisational levels, businesses and cultures.

His career began with General Accident back in 1987 and he was involved in both the CGU and Norwich Union mergers during his 14 years’ service. He then joined NIG for an 8 year spell before joining LV= Broker where he enjoyed 9 years building a commercial book from a zero start whilst overseeing branches in 4 cities (Glasgow, Leeds, Manchester & Birmingham) delivering unequalled growth and healthy profit. More recently Mark spent 14 months at Mercia Underwriting, a Birmingham based MGA, before founding Centrix in May 2019. He left Centrix in 2023 to become Managing Director of Aeidis Homeproof and Construction Shield before joining ARMD in May 2024. 

Well respected and heavily involved with the Chartered Insurance Institute Mark is a past President of both the Insurance Institute of Peterborough and the Birmingham Insurance Institute. He also sits on the BIBA West Midlands Committee.
